On this program you’ll learn about Norway through experiences, community, and hands-on practice — outdoors in nature, on trips to different places, and at school. Here you’ll build confidence and security, strengthen your Norwegian, make new friends, and get to know Norwegian culture, values, and daily life. You don’t need any prior knowledge — just curiosity and a willingness to try.

Teacher
Asbjørn holds a degree from the University College of Telemark, specializing in social and outdoor studies, and he also has a background from the armed forces. His hunting and fishing experience includes countless trips on the Hardangervidda plateau. He’s into a wide range of activities such as skiing, ball sports, nature photography, and paragliding. Feel free to challenge Asbjørn to a game of ping-pong or chess!
